Located on the ground floor, this deluxe three-bedroom/two-bath suite is the most popular unit with our families and is located on the bayside of our property, right next to the pool. This suite includes a large living room with big screen TV, VCR/DVD player, large kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, all utensils and service, dining room with large table and 6 chairs, and a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a King bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper as well. This suite also includes a private deck with its own BBQ Grill and overlooks the boat docks and inter-coastal. This suite is the size of a normal three bedroom house and sleeps up to 8 guests.
